Itinerary Overview
Day 1 – Arrival in Thessaloniki

Day 2 – Mount Athos Cruise & Drama
Embark on a cruise around Mount Athos, admiring its legendary monasteries from the sea. Afterward, visit Saint George Karlsidi Monastery in Drama before returning to Ouranoupolis for a relaxing evening.
Day 3 – Sacred Monasteries near Thessaloniki
Visit the Ormylia Monastery, the Saint Anastasia Pharmakolytria Monastery, and the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian in Souroti, where the relics of Saint Paisios are kept. In the evening, transfer to Thessaloniki for hotel check-in and a leisurely walk through the historic city.
Day 4 – Pilgrimage to Meteora
Travel to Meteora, one of the most awe-inspiring spiritual landmarks in the world. Visit three of its cliff-top monasteries, each offering a unique glimpse into centuries of monastic life, before returning to Thessaloniki.
Day 5 – Churches of Thessaloniki

🇮🇹 Italy Orthodox Pilgrimage – 5 Nights / 6 Days
Journey through Italy’s rich Christian heritage and Orthodoxfriendly sites. From the Eternal City of Rome, to the historic faith centres of Naples and Venice, and finishing with the veneration of Bari and the relics of Saint Nicholas, each step brings a deep spiritual encounter.
Day 1 – Arrival in Rome
Arrive in Rome, check into your hotel and rest. In the evening, take a peaceful introductory walk through the historic centre of Rome, perhaps visiting an Orthodox chapel or church in the city.
Day 2 – Rome: Apostolic & Orthodox Sites
Spend the day in Rome visiting ancient Christian and Orthodoxfriendly sites: for example, attend Divine Liturgy or prayer in one of the Orthodox churches, visit the early Christian catacombs, the basilicas of the Apostles, and reflect on centuries of faith in the heart of Christendom.
Day 3 – Transfer to Naples & Naples Faith Heritage
Depart from Rome to Naples. In Naples, visit the historic Greek Orthodox Church Santi Pietro e Paolo dei Greci which served the Greek Brotherhood in Naples. Explore the faith heritage of the region and spend the evening in Naples’ ancient centre.
Day 4 – Venice: Byzantine Legacy in the North
Travel to Venice. Explore San Giorgio dei Greci, the Greek Orthodox church in Venice and centre of the Greek community in the city. Visit St Mark’s Basilica (with its strong Byzantine ties), reflect on Venice’s unique link between East and West, and enjoy a peaceful evening by the canals.
Day 5 – Bari: Relics of Saint Nicholas and Orthodox Pilgrimage
Fly or travel to the southern city of Bari. Visit the Basilica di San Nicola, the major pilgrimage site that holds the relics of Saint Nicholas and is important for Orthodox Christians. Participate in prayer, tour the crypt, and spend a reflective finale of the pilgrimage.
Day 6 – Departure
Depending on your schedule, enjoy free time in Bari, then transfer to the airport for your onward flight. Carry with you the blessings and memories of your spiritual journey through Italy’s sacred places.


🇷🇸 Serbia Orthodox Pilgrimage – 3 Days / 2 Nights
Explore the spiritual heart of Serbia, a land of medieval monasteries, frescoed churches, and centuries of Orthodox Christian tradition. This short pilgrimage is perfect for those seeking an inspiring, faith-filled journey.
Day 1 – Arrival in Belgrade & City Introduction
Arrive in Belgrade, Serbia’s vibrant capital. After checking into your hotel, enjoy an introductory walk through the city’s historic centre, visiting the St. Sava Cathedral, one of the largest Orthodox churches in the world. Evening prayer or Divine Liturgy can be arranged in a local Orthodox church.
Day 2 – Monastery Pilgrimage
Travel to Fruška Gora, known as the “Serbian Holy Mountain,” home to numerous medieval Orthodox monasteries. Visit notable monasteries such as Krušedol Monastery and Novo Hopovo Monastery, admire frescoes, and participate in prayer or quiet reflection. Return to Belgrade in the evening.
Day 3 – Oplenac & Departure
Visit the Oplenac complex in Topola, including the St. George Church, famous for its mosaics depicting Serbian saints and royal heritage. After a final spiritual reflection, transfer to the airport or onward travel, concluding your enriching pilgrimage through Serbia.
